Shipping & handling fee for USPS mail service is a flat rate of $6.95 no matter how many items you purchase on an order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Due to state and federal health regulations, wig returns are only accepted under the following strict conditions. Any wig that is returned to us, which does not meet our guidelines for returnable items, will be returned back to you at your expense.
* All original tags must be intact on the wig.
* The wig may not have been worn, brushed, combed, or cut. Brushing and combing a wig changes the texture of the fibers and is easily detectable by us. Please keep this in mind when you are inspecting your wig.
* Original packaging and wig must arrive back to us intact.
* We cannot accept wigs that are returned with an odor such as cigarette or cigar smoke.
* You must notify us of your intent to return/exchange your wig WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt. Returned items must reach us WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt.
* ONE WIG EXCHANGE ALLOWED PER ORDER.
* If you wish to exchange the SAME item for a different color for your first exchange, the re-stocking fee will be waived, but shipping and handling fee of $6.95 will apply.
